SWAT will include a 10 minute workout program called 10 minute trainer with Tony Horton. Nutrition will include meal replacement (shakeology) and customized meal planning. Your support is a secret Facebook Group doing this together as well as me coaching you and guiding you through your fitness and nutrition plans. We will be there each day to hold you accountable and offer support and motivation tools to keep you going through March!
