You are amazing! I am walking about 3.5 miles, or sometime 4. But I haven't walked farther than that in a very long time.

emoticon My Husband (GWCANNON) and I made a Pact to walk At Least 10 Minutes Every Day for 1,000 Days. Usually we walk longer than that, and it is usually in the Evening after we watch the TV News. Sometimes due to my Work Schedule or when I was in the Hospital a year ago we walk alone. But we ALWAYS Walk!

I have overcome my "stuck" process and have now walked 7 days in a row... I am so happy to have got myself back out there to beat feet!

So I challenge you all to get 10, 20 or 30 minutes in of walking today!
You can do it. Then put a post it note on the door you use the most... with a #1 on it, and keep adding more post it notes....for each day you conquered and WALKED
