I will give it a go as i have a big celebration on March 17th that I am shooting to lose 5-10 pounds for...so as of this morning, 2/17 I weigh 181
My ultimate Goal weight is 165 (give or take for lean muscle allowance)
so by march 31st i would like to weigh 170-175
exercise for the week would be getting in a total run mileage of 12-15
completing the next 7 days of the Supreme 90 Day challenge
and any other cardio I throw into the mix.
