I would like to accept this challenge. I just began my training again for the races I will be doing next year and yesterday managed 30,317 steps.

My goal is to complete 20,000 per day, yesterday was justa 16.5 k run on top of al my other activites that caused my pedometer to be so high.
I did go for a 45 minute walk in the evening with my dog however.

Now I am off to get some steps in now that I am finished my household tasks.Have a great day everyone.

emoticon According to my Spark Tracker I averaged 20,304 Steps A Day last week. It took a lot of Pushing -- and a LOT of Pacing!! -- but I Did It!!
