I know I haven't been very active on this challenge, but I wanted to report my final results anyway. I started the challenge at 154 in January, and am ending at 144! Very happy with the 10 pound loss!

147--half way to goal, 7 down, 7 more to go! The weight loss has definately slowed down, but I'm happy with anything at this point! I haven't been at this weight since the first year after I was married. I weighed 135 when I got married, went back to school, and increased to 168.(If only I knew then, what I know now). After 4 kids, my weight topped out at 180. So, needless to say, I'm very happy with this number. My ultimate goal is to maintain it(lose a little more would be great too). So happy you're close to your goal Lilias--way to work hard! Hope things are going better for you PP--hang in there! Have a great week!!

Weight loss goal:14 pounds, down 5 pounds, 9 more to go
Breakfast: banana peanut butter oatmeal
Lunch: spinach salad, orange
Dinner: creamy parmesan broiled tilapia, baked potato, green beans, crustless pumpkin pie
Snack: yogurt, almonds, 1 samoa
Weight: 149, took a step in the wrong direction after a bad weekend of eating. Hopefully will be better tomorrow.
Exercise: 40 minutes treadmill weight loss
How I feel: A little down about this morning's weight, but realize it could've been alot worse.
Hang in there PP, I know how you feel. Way to kick some butt Lilias!

Breakfast : 1 medium egg, 1 cup of melon, 1/2 whole wheat English muffin, and 8oz nonfat milk
Lunch: 3oz chicken breast, 2 cups spinich, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 pita, 3/4 cup berries
Dinner: 3oz chicken breast, 2 cups spinich, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 pita, 3/4 cup berries
Snacks: 3 MWLC nutrients super yummy and protein packed!!

Workout: 30 min on treadmill random mode and 30 min of strength training (already done)

I feel soooooo awesome!!! I love getting healthy! I hope everyone has a great day!!!

Took a major time off from SP, and I'm sure a major backwards step toward my goal (that doesn't even make sense!). Vacation, birthdays, anniversaries, houseguests. I gained everything back, I'm sure.

I need to learn how to work my eating and exercise plan into life when life is not the same-old/same-old. So as much as it is going to TOTALLY STINK I am going to weigh myself tomorrow and get back on track. I'll have to readjust my goals, but that's just how it is.

Congrats to all of you posters who have been sharing your successes, and your struggles. You are all inspiring! Keep up the great work.

Good job Lilias!

So I've slacked off completely. I haven't been tracking my food and I spent last week indulging my gluttony. I expected to be back at 178 but thankfully I'm at 174. I have an event in a little under 2 weeks, so I'm crash dieting. Which is silly and going to be frustrating because I know I'll gain the weight right back, but sometimes I want to lose weight quickly. So I'm doing a fast.

It's been a very stressful 3 days, and while I have not eaten anything than what's been planned stress and being sick is taking a toll on my body! Still smiling though! Have a great day!

Snack: Easter cream egg ( treat from a friend) and green tea

Exercise: 5km run

Today I feel tired after a really challenging day at work. Coworkers and I snacked on jelly eans that were in the cupboard. I didn't go overboard but I did indulge. By tomorrow we should finish the stash and not have to worry about them anymore!

Whatever! I will DEF get in my 10K steps and at least 60 min FM - just haven't yet identified how.

Dinner: crockpot chili with tostitoes scoops and shredded cheese

Excercise: 5 km walk with the dog. Super icey in my area.
Feeling quite good.

Breakfast: fiber one, milk, banana

How I feel: Discouraged that one day of bad eating over the weekend caused a one pound gain:( Back to sensible eating. Way to go Lilias!!

Down another 1.4 lbs!!!! Only 15.2 to go for this challenge!

Got up and worked out this morning even though I am coming down with something. Right after I dropped my hubby off at work I sneezed super hard and hit a curb while turning. Back tire blew out! Hubby tried to put donut on, but it was frozen in ice in the trunk!!! After an hour and a half wait the tow truck came and took us to Firestone, at which point I fell out of the tow truck!!! I am now safely home, with a smile on my face! Nothing can get me down! I have no desire to eat anything that's not on my plan and I feel great! Hope everyone has a great day!!!

How do you feel today:
BIL canceled. . hubby and I walked for breakfast (very nice) then lunched at Monastery. . .good food, wonderful weather and fun watching the kids play volleyball, ping pong, horseshoes and 'big' checkers.. . .then home to shift work bench into Hubby's Hobby Room - good day!

Shouldn't be too much close interaction with BIL this week - did well on my goals for last week giving me more motivation to try - gonna have a really emoticon day!

I'm joining in a little late but better late than never.

My goal will be to loose 15lbs.

Will weigh in tomorrow morning as I have not done so for a few weeks. I just came back from a brisk snowy/windy walk. It was about 45 minutes long.
I look forward to participating in this.

I haven't been able to exercise much since Thursday because with the weather change my pain is more then I can handle. I even canciled a day of physical therapy. I'm looking forward to getting back on track. Looking forward to Monday and my first weigh in.

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1/2 whole wheat English muffin, 1 cup of watermelon, and 8 oz of skim milk!

Lunch: 3 oz chicken, 1/2 pita, 2 cups of spinich (raw), 1/2 raw carrot, 1 orange

Dinner: 3 oz chicken, 1/2 pita, 2 cups of spinich (raw), 1/2 raw carrot, 1 apple

Snacks: 3 yummy nutrients from the MWLC

Exercise: 30 min on treadmill (random) and strength training

How I feel: FANTASTIC!!!! I have tons of energy, my clothes are getting looser, and I'm sleeping better!!

Dolly--sounds like you're doing great with your workouts--it's such a nice feeling when you find one that gives you energy instead of taking it away.

I'm having a really really hard time staying on track. Getting ready to go on a vacation, which weirdly enough always stresses me (getting ready). And upon our return we'll hosting house guests for a few nights, so trying to get everything ready is making me nutty.

Will try again today, in spite of Valentine's Day! I've already tracked my breakfast and AM snack, and plan to walk today. Yesterday tried some of my Jillian Michaels DVD, but that shin splint is still acting up and very painful--it was too soon.

How I feel: no snacking due to Ash Wednesday . Surprisingly, not very hungry, but feel run down. I think eating every couple of hours makes me feel better than eating only 3 times a day. Just over 1000 calories today,definitely not enough for me!
