I'm working on 'with assistance' full sit-ups, using a Sit-up Bar. But please shoot for whatever kinda FULL sit-up you want to do! I started this thread after searching the Spark Boards for an existing one but unable to find one. I found several 'crunches' challenges but I wanted to motivate myself by tracking FULL sit-ups, so just started this new one!
