Hi cbunny! So glad to have you join me!

I'm working on 'with assistance' full sit-ups, using a Sit-up Bar. But please shoot for whatever kinda FULL sit-up you want to do! I started this thread after searching the Spark Boards for an existing one but unable to find one. I found several 'crunches' challenges but I wanted to motivate myself by tracking FULL sit-ups, so just started this new one!

I think I am in. I need to increase my core strength. I have a question on what a full sit up means. Does this mean that you can have someone hold your feet or does this need to be done unassisted?

Challenging myself to do 50 full sit-ups by 5/1/13!

This past December, I passed a (military) PT with 31 full sit-ups. However, an excellent score (for my age) is 41 full sit-ups in one minute's time. So I'm gonna shoot for 50!

I haven't done any since then, until this morning....
