I just created a new thread for Februay -- and hope to see everybody back again for another month of fitness activities.

I am back from vacation as of 1 AM this morning -- and looking forward to getting back on track. I didn't get much exercise while I was gone -- and definitely ate too much!

So I really NEED to have a good, fit February!

(Once I am done catching up her on SP, I will do a little exercise to finish off January. I promise.)

DOLLFACEDX--I'm in Sierra Vista, south of Tucson. We are at a pretty high elevation here so we do see snow a couple times through winter, but the sun always melts it off by around noon! Still, the air is cold and it gets windy.
