Does anyone know of a group or a thread that's doing any challenge based on flexibility? I need to work on developing greater flexibility in my hips and calves to prevent injury and give me a better range of motion for my strength and cardio workouts. I'm fairly lazy though and seem to be really motivated to actually keep up my stretching/yoga commitments when I know I'm accountable.
Any challenges like that out there? Anyone want to put one together or help me create one if there isn't?
