Hello all you wonderful sparkies..
I am setting a New Years day scale Goal which is to hit the -100lbs loss by then.
THat gives me 9 weeks to lose 40lbs. (As my weigh-ins are on a friday.)
This is a target of 4.5 pounds a week, which i know is not best practice.
I have lost 60lbs in last 9weeks and know that the weight loss is starting to slow.
I lost 5 lbs last week but average so far is 7lbs per week.
I am not lowering my calorie intake to reach this goal but hoping my massive exercise regime can help bring me close to this goal.
The main reason for setting this hard goal and challenge is to get my through the christmas holiday season coming up and a challenge i have set myself with hopefully other people setting their targets will ensure i do all i can in a healthy way to reach goals.
I am losing weight fast but i am eating 1500 calories or there about every day, drinking 10/14 glassed of water a day.
I have cut out all manufactured foods with more preservatives that food.
I eat a fibre breakfast bar from a broad range that is 80-90 calories, i snack on a few oranges in daytime.I cook a few different style stir fries that use allot of veg and either steak or chicken. As have calories to use i can add cals by using party sized (80 cals each) tortilla wraps.
I hope other people want to set a goal to keep them on track over the main gain season..
