Hello. I just wanted to share with all of you something very interesting. I have been keeping within my calorie limits (1200-1550) for many weeks. Sometimes I slipped, but got back on track right away. Over the last couple of days, though, I have experienced a nightmare. I started to eat uncontrollably, consuming about 3,000 - 4,000 per day just from endless unstoppable snacking. After much research, it hit me. Over the last week, I started turning to artificial sweeteners to make my coffee and tea sweet. I read about how those can really mess up your body's calorie count, and make you have cravings. What do you guys think?
