I was reading an old planner entry from when I started with SparkPeople where I'd written about my discovery of the difference between a craving for a "full feeling" rather than actually being hungry.
Also, eating a lot of white flour foods like rice, pasta, Italian bread, white bread, cakes, cookies, increases cravings for a full feeling. When I eliminate these I feel the cravings for the first 4 days the strongest, but the cravings drastically decrease after 1 week and after 2 weeks I don't have them anymore.
