Doing well considering being out my routine! I met my goal but the "how" was off some.

GW-7/14-240lbs. I am going to make it to the Y a few times this week and hope to get a "Gride" in this week yet...hoping for a 20+miler! I am also going to work on h20 consumption!

My long term goal is to get down to 155 lbs. especially for my 30th class reunion, in 2015.

Was doing well up til 21 but pain hit and was unable to get around! It is hard for me to tell what was TRULY lost or gain in June due to water ret. I know 11lbs. Loss is not usual but I also know 8lb. Gain isn't either. So I am trying to get back on track! Here comes the holidays! By this time next week if I could be down to 243lbs., I think that would be doable! I am going to say by 7/10, since that is my WW weigh in day. Then I will b back to weighing in on Thursdays.

The HOW will be doing water aerobics and walking, maybe a Grider ride.

I am heading into the week high but my leg is swelled up like nobody's business so I made an appt. with my Dr. and I am going to try and be at 241-242 by the end of the week.

I am down another 1.5lbs. I am a bit nervous! I know this was an unusually good week for me! Next we my goal is to keep momentum going regardless of results. It is supposed to storm in our area which ultimately = pain and then I have 3 Dr. Apps. And I don't look forward to them! They are out of town = time lost and time in the car. I will REALLY have to be hyper vigilant!

My Thursday WW goal is-241.5lbs., or less so my end of week goal is 240lbs.

My long term goal is to get down to 155 lbs. especially for my 30th class reunion, in 2015.

Month off to a good start so far. I have been on SP daily and recording and doing some challenges and my first week goal is not over and I have it beat by 1.2lbs. I am PSYCHED! I know some of it could be water weight but then I have also been working hard at it!

GUH! Had a bad month! I did work out not vigorous cardio though and I paid for it. My goal for this week is to be down to 244lbs., or less. I think it is doable! I am going to attempt to ride my bike or walk nightly/daily and drink more water. We are not going to be able to go out this week because we wen't out for our anniversary.

If I don't pig out today and do some exercise, I should make my 243lbs. goal Thurs.night. However, I have medical tests and wont' be able to make my WW meeting and my birthday is next week and it always seems it turns into a week of going out with mothers day and all. I told Bob that we are going to go somewhere "friendly" and go on an active date. Same thing with mothers day.

Had a rough week but I KNOW I didn't gain7 lbs. in one week...so I am hitting it again! My goal at weight watchers is:242lbs. Or less. Hitting the cardio and working on my food intake

Goal by the end of the week-4/18 is 237lbs. I will do so by walking/biking and keeping up with the weight lifting and continue to pump water into me!!

Having a hard time lately! Hitting the cardio but not losing weight! I don't eat the greatest but not the worst either! I know I don't gain and lose7+lbs. in a week so going to watch sodium content and water

Ok, didn't go to ww been sick. Trying to keep up with the exercise daily and water consumption but I have to watch my eating habits. Not eating enough then when I do, it seems I crave the wrong food. However saying this, I am munching on hummus and pita bread...I also try to get more F&v in but it has been sporadic at best.

I was sicker than a dog on 1/13 but 1/20 I am going to WW and SHOULD be down into the 230's. I even have planned what we r doing for entertainment-type eating

Had a bad week last week!!! i GO to Weight Watchers 1/13 and hope to be well below 245lbs. having a good week but the weekend is coming up and we have plans. Having dinner with a couple of health nuts so that should help!!! Plus, doing well on my exercise, water, and food so I hope it doesn't all fall on Monday, what bad I have eaten!

I go to Weight Watchers tomorrow evening. I know Mondays UGH!!! My goal this week is to be below 240. I think by Friday MY scale sans clothing should be on target. I received a fitbit, exercise clothing, and a water bottle for Christmas and itunes card for my player. Signing up for cycling club and events when I get paid. Went to grocery store and bought a bunch of healthy snacks to eat at work so, we will try all this and get going!!

Hoping everyone has an AWESOME 2014!!! Hubby and I are going to bike New Years Day!!!

My goal is not to gain!!! We all have "family" issues. But my family picks me and my sister apart regardless of our fairly non-invasive lives on theirs. My go to was my humor and eating...then they make fun of my weight, so I am trying to avoid this roller coaster. I have never played the "blame" game and not about to start now but I do have to admit to a connection that has to be broken.

Another goal is to focus on non-edible Christmas fun with my husband and friends outside my immediate family.

Haven't been on for awhile. I did a dumb thing I switched shifts,with someone at work and I am out of sync! Now i have to go to WW on Monday nights! I am gaining again!

Still going to my water therapy and other classes. My eating is out of whack! I have no routine, so I will:
-work on a schedule that works with me
-need to get water in! Going to use empty gallon jug as gage
-try to go to y daily!
-eat,ore f & v

MY GOAL is: 245 lbs., or less by 11/25

My goal for Monday 11/4-243lbs, or lower. I have signed up for some classes and yoga. Making goals to record on SP daily! I joined WW in order to have additional live support. It seems to keep me more accountable. But I still LOVE SP!!

I am on vaca. And heading on to another long weekend. I have been very active and have no idea what I weigh but have hubby on board. He is wanting to lose about 37lbs. To my 90+, planning on a reward system, mostly active clothing and trips. I plan on losing 2lbs. This next week, weigh in being on the 29th. He is wishing to weigh 1lb. Less

I am already down another 2lbs. So far for September I am down 5lbs. I know some of that is water weight but I will take it! I have been r-focusing on calorie reduction and water drinking and days I can barely move, I force my poor hubby to take me around the mall at least once!!

I am at 244lbs. my goal is to get down to 242lbs. by 9/16. I have done ok on food but have to hit it at the Y. I have been really exhausted lately! This last weekend was BAD!!! I was acting like a zombie the entire time!! I am going to try the pool it will be too hot in the gym today!!! Maybe some light weights??

I will be posting quite frequently because I need to get a handle on this!!! I am going to a carry in. Old folks bringing mostly desserts. I am bringing a salad though. Just keeping away from pigging out. I am going to stay for the meeting and head home. I have arranged to go for a bike ride with my hubby. My body and mind were acting so depressed yesterday I thought that the pool would be my only salvation today but it is being cleaned (Y pool closed for next several days) I have been in a lot of pain lately and pushing through which makes me feel good and bad at the same time. (I am a hyper young thing with a disability. Used to be extremely active.) My eating has been on track and I have got hubby on board for now.

OK, crazy stuff happening to the bod. lately!! Ok here it is, have been eating ok for the last several weeks, been walking everynight the last few weeks, and kept gaining? (Now this is me trying to accurately record.) but I thought somewhere I am screwing up I am gaining! My cat even dies....keeping up with the walking and eating. But then, I walked to good long walks in a row but I am in soooooo much pain, nothing to do with actual exertion that I know of just part of my disability. (used to walk same routes before and nothing) Now today I am down 5lbs.? Where I should have been before this exercise started??? I know this wasn't probably a 6lb. true gain or a 5lb. true loss in a short period of time but I tell you what it makes a difference in my psyche!! But perseverance keeps you going. But I was REALLY bummed about my weight!

So if it looks like a huge loss in a short period of time....

My long term goal is to get down to 155 lbs. especially for my 30th class reunion, in 2015.

My goal for 9/9is: 246bs. I just have to focus and do what I know I have to do! I get so discouraged! I just need to bump things up!

I dealt with a loss of an animal and been hurting physically and emotionally. I have been eating ok but I haven't been hitting it hard lately. I went through a week or so where I just ate and ate late at night, I have gotten past that.

I walked in a Labor Day parade yesterday and I am hurting today! I work today and slept hard so I woke up late. I was going to walk to work today but I don't think that is going to happen! I am thinking about swimming after work today.

I am trying to hit the water!

Plan on doing this by not eating in front of tv, eating at home more, being more aggressive on cardio, and getting in some weights

MMMMMMMM-K, my goal this week-for Monday 19th is: 237lbs. Had a bad week physically and mentally so I pigged out! I get so frustrated when i do that but I tend to pick myself up quicker than i used to. PLUS, I am putting stuff away after I am done eating it and eating more f&v! I have GOT to pay attention to the soda drinking. That never used to be an issue and is now one. Not as bad as some but really trying to avoid it more.

I got down to 236lbs. I have to watch it though! I ate too little and was out in the sun too long. Then I ate a bit much today and didn't workout today cause I was too tired!

My goal this week is to get back on it. My goal by 8/22 is to be down 2 more lbs., or more.

Oh, I forgot...I plan on losing my weight by increasing water intake and working out at least 30min./day. Oh, and journaling! I felt like hell yesterday and SLOWLY walked around the neighborhood and brought back to mind one of more optimistic mantras, BABY STEPS!!! Even though the old Julie would have scoffed at the speed and overall effort it took, the new Julie was rejoicing of overcoming the desire not to. If I get down to 232lbs., I will have so many positive emoticons on my page it will be embaras emoticon ing to most!!!

I gained over the long weekend and now I am down to 237lbs, a half lb. from where I was before I went. My goal is to be down to 235lbs. by July 13. I haven't been down below or at 236lbs. since before my first back surgery in 2010. If I can blow 236lbs. out of the water and keep it off, I will be psyched!! emoticon emoticon

I got down to 237.5 and had aping out weekend...I got into my depressed mode and ate more than I should. Although not as bad as I used to. My hubby and I are going to be eating on the road for a long holiday weekend. I have done this before and not gone bonkers! ...the real challenge is to figure in some exercise as well! I don't think that will be a problem either!

My goal is to stay at, or slightly under 237lbs.

Doing well 234 by the end of the week. I think my goal is still doable. I am working with a physician, I don't know if that is really cheating. I have not done well with loss as he thought I should with as much time and effort as I have spent on it for the most part. I am not perfect but...he tested my metabolism and told me that it was extremely low, which I have been told this before, so he is working on making it more efficient. Lots of protein and fruits and veggies. However I am not doing the heavy fatty proteins either. Lot of things I can't have for a few weeks and then I get checked again.

My goal for 3/31 is: 238lbs. This is going to be hard because we have Easter and getting together with friends and birthday celebrations. I plan on weighing Friday morning. Plus, I am going to cut down on my calories with the celebrations. My eating has been getting better. But I have not been able to exercise due to pain.

This week I want to add cardio.
