My next days are going to be challenging...I have 3 social events out to eat RIGHT before I weigh in on the 31 with my friend. My 10 day goal will end on the 29th. My month end goal is to have a pm weight of 258lbs., or less. Plan on accomplishing by getting in my 30min. of exercise at least 3x/ week and continually getting in my daily 72 oxz of h20, and recording on SP at least 3x weekly as well as recording all of my food and fluid intake. I currently weigh 258 in the am without clothes so looking at another 2lbs. approx. The social events I have scheduled are not necessarily high caloric situations so I plan on eating lighter on those days to help offset calories.

Weighed and measured today. I have been making a LOT of smaller changes since my original weight. I NOW am below 260lbs. Though I am excited, I know some of it was water weight but cautiously optimistic!!! My friend and I make 2 smaller goals a week that are obtainable and we are hoping to continue with our original streak.

My next two goals are:
-have BETTER breakfasts adding protein
-make better choices at dinner

I usually have a good lunch.But in the past, I snack for dinner.

Had a rough December. A girlfriend and I have been working out last 2 weeks and she has helped keep me in check. If I stay right at 260lbs., or less I will have made a good goal. Had a rough middle but hopefully getting handle on things. My 10 day goal is for to be at 256lbs. by 1/6. My friend and I are working out daily along with making small, manageable nutrition goals. PLUS I am hitting SP again.

Checking in late again! Gained and lost. By 12/12 my goal is to get below 258lbs. I am going to have to do this by increasing water consumption and decreasing food intake because I will be at Dr. majority of time. I will obviously try to get some exercising in. I will bring new device with me. (Tony little band workout) and walk as much as I can during my down time.

I am finally losing again!!! I am recording EVERYTHING now and wearing my fitbit again. So here we go!!! Next 10 days, my goal is to lose another 2lbs.

Can't believe it has been 10 days already. I haven't lost any weight but still working on the goals I have set forth on 10/21 so am TRYING this YET again. I managed to accomplish a few of these anyway. Sooo TRY, TRY, and TRY again!!

Pain has been front and center as of late and really negatively affecting my weight because at the end of the day when I am hurting I want to sit and eat. I gained 7lbs. and lost 1 of those. I am also going to make more reasonable goals!
-SP at least 3-5days/week
-drink a large glass of water/day or more
-go to Y 2+x this time frame
-bike outside at least 20 miles this time frame
-not walking well but attempt 2,000steps+/day, use fit bit

Holiday weekend is kicking me!!! THEN next several weekends revolving around food? ARGH!!!! Here are my goals for 9/14:
-247lbs.
-SP, at least ONCE every other day
-go to Y, 2x+ this week
-walk 3x/week, recreationally
-bike 3x this week

Well...
-I am right around 250lbs.
-DRASTICALLY cut down on soda
-NEED to hit SP more frequently
-HAVE to get in the 10min/day on working out, BUT still getting out daily and doing other activities
-better at organizational skills
-BETTER at water consumption

my 10 day goal for 8/19 is to correct my deficiencies and
-eat breakfast daily
-get at least 10 min. daily of exercise
-hit SP at LEAST 2x weekly

GOAL WEIGHT: 249lbs., or less

My 10 day challenge is to make it to ANYTIME FITNESS every day the next 10 days. So on 12/5 even if I am NOT down a pound or two, I will have at least made it a priority to do something...I know it is not imperative to do something EVERY day but this is my goal for now.

Tomorrow i am starting i will be following the 100 days of weight loss which will include exercise and journaling and staying around the calorie count. when i get under 200 again i will change the goal here. i am going on retreat in march so then i will learn about the exchange then will switch diet plan to the exchange.

I REALLY struggle when I am not on SP!! between now and 11/10 here are my goals:

-get into habit of taking daily vitamin...daily
-drinking at LEAST 2-3 tall glasses of water a day
-NO pop
-go to Y at LEAST 5x

starting with tops weigh in tomorrow

Not sure what tomorrow will show for me. But I am okay with whatever the scale gives me. I am going to work with measurement s too. But today will be at Mom�s so not sure what my steps and meals will be. But my plans will begin on Wednesday right after weigh in . no more turning backing. Going to move forward. Sorry guys I may have gained not getting on scale til after I weigh in at chapter.
Okay I will work on getting back into onderland again and then back to my lowest but it may not happen till it happens. One day at a time one meal one exercise one step. I am going to take baby steps first on agenda is get back into journaling and tracking food and measuring. Then I will work on increase steps and adding exercise esp. ones that don�t add to my pedometer. I may start the regular journaling too but may wait till I get consistent with my first two stg

I did chair exercises and a 3 mile bike ride. I drank my water
Onward to day two. I will start the exchange but I am going to work on one exchange at a time. I found some neat things on motivation on you tube. So I am going to start working that maybe even starting Monday. But I wanted to find something. Now working on a contest. Wondering if it should be one or two . ten weeks left of this year maybe should divide it so no one gets bored.

july 16 202.6
I am ready to beigin my new journay for the second half of year. 5 and half months to reach my goal. Imade a chart to last to september. it will run along with summer contest for my chapters. i make a menu each week and i will start doing some prep work. measuring my food, walking exercising and weights and will also drink more water. work at less sitting more moving. i am thinking of doing a 5k. look for places to go to exercise or walk.
short term goal

Get back under 200 by end of July and stay there
10 pound at a time or 5% goals each month.

measure food portion control
track sleep

My December goal is to become a KOPS so I need to work hard as it is 25 lbs. it can be done with staying on track. I AM hoping to graduate in Reno. I also need to blog about the journay. i have been yo-yo luckily i had losses the last 3 years. Now i want to become an example what TOPS can do. So here is to a new beginning a new start a dream come true. I can do this

My goal for 7/29 is 241lbs., or less. I have been working on getting cardio in. Also been working on food consumption as well.

By the end of this summer I want to have blown through the 240s and start losing regularly. I am stuck right now.

My month fizzled out BIG time due to med. issues! Here are my goals for 7/10:

1.NO soda consumption
2.Don't look for food to be stress reliever
3.go to Y at least 3x
4.record pain levels
5.do a night and morning routine
6.do arms at home on reg basis
7.practice and tune guitar
8.do 1 Grider-ride
9.my goal is to be down to 243, or less

I was at 242 day 10 of my last 10 day challenge! Below 243lbs. Now for my next 10 days, for 6/23, wishing to be at 240, or less. Hitting the exercising and recording the food so when I go to WW this week...240-241 is my goal!

I don't think I truly "backfired" I gained 3lbs. but I am experiencing severe edema! been walking faithfully but I have been drinking a LOT of diet soda, even though I know it is not the greatest for me! Even then, a LOT means maybe 16oz/day. Plus, I have been eating foods higher in sodium than I had been. AGAIN not bad but enough causing me edema! I am really concerned about this so I am making a Dr. appt. I had seen walk in clinic and they make me feel like I am nothing but a pig eating crappy all the time and that is not the case!! By my appt. date, I will be down again in weight because I do this 5-10lbs. difference just in water weight on a reg. basis. That is why I need to get a handle on this!! Seems mostly in my right leg. Don't have diabetes or HBP either...REALLY worrying me!!!

I feel like I am constantly starting from scratch!!! May was bad with all the events and going in to June. I have been exercising just not recording! Hmmmm, in 10 days if I could be at 245, or less, I would be happy! Going to be better at recording to find out where my issues are!!!
