Yes, absolutely. Even if I'm sick, have a migraine, whatever - I always do AT LEAST 10 minutes of something. On regular days/most of the time I do quite a bit more than that.

I didn't do any yesterday (Saturday), I normally take Sunday off but this week decided to trade the 2 days. Will be hitting the treadmill later today

I exercise every day. I like 10 minutes in the morning before I leave the house. I do one hour with a trainer, or in a class, or using my home gym. I like to end the day by doing 10 minutes prior to preparing for bed.
Wellness is important to me!
