Went to church this morning for mothers day and now wanting to work on making a schedule to fit in my exercise program. My just do it before bed which makes it easier for me to fall asleep at this point anymore. But I think I'm going to make a a schedule for exercise so I'll be able to get on track on work on my goals and get going on them.
