I made a list of what exercises did today 4.16.2014;-) This has been built up over time. I am now in a great routine and love it. I started off by walking 5min on the treadmill and added to it. I have 55 lbs to lose so I need this attack plan. All the workouts are SP.
I make an electronic list then add it to my fitness tracker as I get it done.
