Haven't enough. I've been making time to cook healthy foods so I don't eat out, but the workout thing, need to do this more! Will work on it! emoticon I need to let some other things go and do that because it's most important to do this!

I made a list of what exercises did today 4.16.2014;-) This has been built up over time. I am now in a great routine and love it. I started off by walking 5min on the treadmill and added to it. I have 55 lbs to lose so I need this attack plan. All the workouts are SP.

I make an electronic list then add it to my fitness tracker as I get it done.

100 min on treadmill

(2x) 7min SP Bootcamp - Day 3 Workout

(1x)15-Min SP Stability Ball Workout

(1x) 5-Minute butt blasting workout
