Today I did cardio (running on the treadmill). I am currently in the 7th of 8 Weeks of a running program. So today, I was walking for 1 minute and jogging for 11 minutes. Today seemed more difficult than Monday but now I feel great!

I walked/Jogged. I am very new at jogging so it was not easy for me, however I was going to cheat but i said no. If i am going to do this i will do it the right way. I was proud that i did that. I would like to be able to jog for a lot longer someday. I only jogged the length of my street.
I was supposed to go to Zumba but had to work late. Had I not joined SparkPeople today I would have gone home and sat on the couch. Instead I went to the office gym and walked/ran a mile on the treadmill and did some arm and ab exercises.
If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.
