Hi, would like to join this challenge! I weigh in on Thursdays. My SW on 10/30 was-247lbs. So my goal weight will be-237lbs. on 1/8...hopefully less, but if I can maintain this, I'd be thrilled!

well Fall Rally over. so will start fresh today. October 7th.
