10/10/06= 203 (Lost 40, but re-regained most of it due to illness, injury, & weak character)
10/9 2010 = 192 (Joined SparkPeople. Got down to 177, but re-gained yet again.)
1/1/12 = 186 (Got my thryoid under control and had a great 2012. Lost 28 pounds!)
1/5/13 = 158.4

1/3/14 = 153.2
2/1/14 = 155.4
3/1/14 = 155.4 (Not as bad as it appears. New scale weighs heavier than the old one.)

I was really good over the 3-day Memorial Day weekend, exercising a lot and eating light. That set me up for an almost 2 pound loss this past week.

No change this week. In mid week, my weight was up a little. But it is back down now, thank goodness.

I have a new complication to deal with. Last Saturday, I fell while out walking/jogging and broke my hand/wrist. I also have a nasty abrasion on my knee and a few other minor scrapes and bruises and muscle strains. I was trying to "be good" and get some outdoor exercise. Instead, I got a set-back. But I am determined to keep exercising and not let this derail me completely.

10/10/06= 203 (Lost 40, but re-regained most of it due to illness, injury, & weak character)
10/9 2010 = 192 (Joined SparkPeople. Got down to 177, but re-gained yet again.)
1/1/12 = 186 (Got my thryoid under control and had a great 2012. Lost 28 pounds!)
1/5/13 = 158.4

1/3/14 = 153.2
2/1/14 = 155.4
3/1/14 = 155.4 (Not as bad as it appears. New scale weighs heavier than the old one.)

4/5/14 = 155.4
4/12/14 = 155.6 (Up .2)
4/26/14 = 157.2 (up 1.6 over last 2 weeks)

I have had a terrible 2 weeks ... went of vacation and over-ate during the Easter holiday activities while visiting my family ... then I had a terrible week at work, working extra hours with lots of stress. My reaction to the stress has been to over-eat. I have just purchased a new work-out program from Beachbody and hope that helps me get back on track.

It really scares me to have re-gained almost 10 pounds since Thanksgiving. I HAVE to get back on track SOON.
