That is certainly a record for me! I started out this year having a hard time getting in 5 minutes a day (because of difficulties from surgery, etc.). I am not back to "normal" as far as what I can do day-to-day, but I really feel like I am on my way! :D Yay!

WAY TO GO Facelessjane!!!! Congrats! Black Friday it is...I spent 5 hours out shopping, and we filled the car...so I lifted A LOT too...According to my tracker I walked over 3 miles, and burned 900 calories! I will count that for the day...I have to work tonight and have a migrane, so I wont get to do anything else. Hope you all have a great weekend!
