Hey everyone! I lost 0.2lbs this week. I'm ok with that. I did not get as much exercise as I usually get since I'm moving tomorrow (OMG!) from my apt. to a house.
Trudy: I did not lose that much during this challenge, a little over 10lbs, but I'm still really happy. I'm feeling positive, I'm energetic, I love my workouts (first time EVER!). I'm feeling a lot better overall and I'm not craving bad foods as often as I use to and when I have some it's a lot less now. I feel guilty and disgusted!

wow you two are doing great!! I admire you both. Can't believe Christmas is next week!! Unfortunitly I failed miserably with this goal. I did great the first couple weeks and then my body like to platuea. I haven't gained any, but the numbers really aren't dropping. These last couple of weeks have been crazy, works is busy, starting a new job in the new year, christmas parties, shopping, dinners, etc. Now to top it all off my little girl is sick!! I'm trying to stay really good with my nutrtion which i have been, but exercising has taken a major back seat lately. My lunch hours when I normally go to the gym have been filled with Christmas lunch dates, which I've chosen very good meals while I'm out, but still all this eating out and now exercising isn't making me feel the best! Gotta get back at it!! Will look at some other challenges next week after things calm down a bit.

Thanks JU_rocknroll It is nice to see your still on here lol. I too am working hard well with my eating anyway. My exercise isn't good but I am still loosing. It's not over Trudy! I'm still working hard! :D
I had a crazy weekend and I'm starting a crazy week! I'm moving next Saturday...so my weekend was filled with packing stuff in boxes, cleaning, unpacking at the new house, etc.
I had a hard time with my workout routine. I felt really bad not working out but I was up at 8am and ate supper at 9pm....with all the things that needed to get done during this last weekend before moving, it was crazy.
Anyways, I did my Cardio Party Mix 2 (Turbo Jam, 43min) and Booty Sculpt Live (31min) right after work today.
Keep up the good work Trudy! We have to be strong throughout the holidays!

I've been doing better this week. I started my week off right by working out this past Sunday. Yesterday I did cardio and weights. Today is running. I also need to stay on target. I really want to loose weight before Christmas. Everyone in my family are finally healthy and the remodeling is making progress. (The scaffoling should be gone tommorow so I should be able to park my car in the garage on Tuesday!)
Halloween was very difficult for me. I hate having chocolate around. I went to the gym today and worked out for 75 minutes on the elliptical. I feel good!

Seems like as soon as I make some headway something happens and I fall off the wagon. No more, I really want to lose some serious weight by christmas!!! I'm really sick right now so the gym won't happen today but I'm sure I won't eat much either. I had a good week last week, and its like as soon as I get back in the momentum of workingout/eating right something happens like getting sick. I'm not going to let it get me down or derail me forever, but I really can't work out like this. As soon as I'm better though I'm hitting the gym hard, and until then my diet is going to be very strict!! Good Luck everyone!! You can do it!!

Hello! I'm on the sunshine team and STILL STUCK AT 152LBS! What's going on ? Seriously! I added 2 hours of swimming to my usual 6 workouts a week program....I ate great....Anyways...I lost inches in the last weeks (3 1/2 off of my waist in 1 month).
I hope it'll all go at once! LOL Let's aim it, 5lbs next week...JK!

Sorry Star team I never lost or gained this week. I stayed the same. I guess that is ok since I hurt my back this week and I can't do anything. I am trying hard not to eat bad but it is hard. Hi Everybody. I just weighed in for the sunshine team. I lost another 2 pounds this week and weighed in at 265. Keep up the good work everyone! We can do it!

Hi everyone, I finally lost. I lost 1.4 lbs. So I will have to work harder this week again. I did better last weekend with my eating. so it payed off. so just to prove that if your good it will come off. for me I have to be good all the time. and that is hard, but I am trying. I am on team

today is weigh in day. Almost forgot with everything going on. I had an appointment with a neurosurgeon today so needless to say a tad stressful, but all is good so no worries there. I finally got over my cold but only managed to exercise once this week, worst cough I think I've ever had!!! I still managed to eat mostly healthy though so that's good, sometimes I think I probably didn't eat enough because I had no appitite. Anyways weigh in this morning was 185.2 which is the same as last week, didn't loose but didn't gain, I'm hitting it hard again next week!! Come on Star Team!! We can do it!!

I haven't done well the last couple of weeks as you can tell from my weight and weekly minutes of exercise. Between the remodeling we are doing and the flu and colds that are being shared within the family.
I have no energy but I pushed through and exercised some this week. I couldn't do my normal intensity, but I'm happy that I exercised.
Hey teams! I don't have access to a scale today, but I'll be able to post my weight during the weekend. Hopefully, the scale will move (down, please!)! I hope everyone will have great results. If you don't, keep on going! It'll come off!
I'm very happy that I'm finally in the 150's. This is the encouragement I need to keep going.

hi everyone hope you all had a great week so far. Hope you feel better soon Riteebee you have done well so far. I was so good this long weekend. I better lose this week if not I don't know what I'll do. lol It is so frustrating. Taking weight of is so hard for me. I have to eat salads all the time.

Howdy again!
Just finished walking with my husband, daughter, and new grandson about 3 hours ago. We walked and talked for 94 minutes! It felt great!

Good Morning! I woke up this morning to do a Tae Bo video before work. Haha.. didn't get completely through it and I certainly think its not the right fit for me first thing in the morning. Anyone else have a morning routine that isn't to much work but gets the metabolism going? I'm certainly not a morning person but would love to start things off right.
