Nothing and it looks as though I gain 2.
The first part of the month I lost 9 right quick.
the next week I gain 7 of them back
Monday I was at my original 228
Weigh myself this morning and there's 2 more.

I might sound discourage but again at the drawing board. I WILL NOT GIVE UP.

One pound a week is a good goal! I don't want to starve myself or get too many cravings! I also want to burn 400 calories 5 days a week! In remission from breast cancer since Mid-May.

My Spanish is rusty but did it say you are starting on Sunday.

I took it in high school and college and heard it most of my life as my grandparents were Spanish. but when you don't use it or hear you forget it somewhat.

Gained two.
lost 2.8 for month. so on to July

First wi for July is the first. I weigh in on Thursdays.

Goals for 4 lbs.

1. EXERCISE -TRACK BURNED CALORIES (STRENGTH AND CARDIO)
2. PEDOMETER STEPS AIM FOR 10000 OR MORE
3. JOURNAL AND TRACK FOOD (1500-1700)
4. WORK ON WII DAILY
5. NO S (SNACKING, SECONDS, SWEETS)

I am working on no gains for this month.
Ending June wt 234.2
July 1---
July 8 ----
July 15----
July 22----
July 29----

My birthday is the 14th so will have to be real careful that week.
