good morning everyone, did 20 on elip and the 30 day shred level 1 last night, did not do anything this morning, the bed was calling me lol weighed in and i am 224.4 this morning,, started at 224.0 at may 1 arggghhhh... ok lets make the best of the last 11 days new goal,, 219.9999999999 brian

wow so many posts i want to reply too,, so just want to say this, hey keep it up everyone, yea im fighting it too, i lose almost 10 lbs after going on the low glycemic diet that my dr wanted me to go on, so i had a bounceback from that but have been able to stablize from that and am back to losing again. how to get the weight to drop off? gawd i wish i knew, i so want to be back down under 200 again, but still have to do things with the boys etc that may get me to eat out etc. like for lunch a few mins ago i did get a mcdouble,, 2 of the 2 oz patties, one slice of cheese with condiments and a side salad and baslamic vinagerette for the dressing with water to drink not too bad. CONGRATS to everyone who is losing and to everyone who like me is struggling, we can do this,, even if not 10 lbs i would love 8 wink brian

Okay... May 1st SW: 189.2 May 8th: 186.2 (-3#) May 15th: 184.2 (-2#...-5# total...halfway there!) May 22nd: May 28th: June 1st GW: 179.2 I am out of town with no scale from the night of 28th until late afternoon on the 31st.

FINALLY!!! I finally broke through the 155 plateau that has trapped me and beat the h*ll out of me for almost 10 weeks!!! Talk about a disappointing and frustrating 10 weeks!! I ate right, I exercised right, I did it all right and still I could not break through that 155 mark. I thought things were -never ever- going to move again. Then, finally, 1 pound down today to 154! Boy was I shocked! This is a new beginning of weight loss, I hope!!  1 pound down and I am a happy camper!

Weight 167 Weight loss for May (so far) -3 pounds It does not appear likely that I will make the 10 pound goal. BUT the important thing is that I continue to lose weight at a steady pace. Challenges like this encourage me to work out harder and to be extra diligent about what I eat. Who knows ... maybe I'll surprise myself and meet the end-of-the-month goal. I'm certainly going to try!

Went to Dr today to get results of lab work.Calcium,Sugar are high.Told me to stop taking calcium supplements and to lose 10lbd to bring my sugar levels down.Heres the kicker gave me meds to help with sugar but they causes weight gain Duh! does'nt that defeat the purpose of losing 10 lbs.So I'm not taking them Ill lose the 10 lbs and see him in 3months.What would you guys do?

Good morning all! I hope everyone has a blessed day. I had my first sand Volleyball game last night...talk about a workout. It is so much fun it doesn't even feel like a workout! I didn't make the best food choices for dinner but am hoping my workout today will even things out! Happy THURSDAY keep up the great work!

Had a good workout on the machines at the YMCA today for a total of 90 min. I still need to do my strength exercises. I plan to do those while watching my taped episode of biggest loser or some other TV show tonight. I want to move while watching TV not just sit there. this will increase my calorie burn and make my time productive. I was still 221 when I weighed at the YMCA today.
