wow so many posts i want to reply too,, so just want to say this, hey keep it up everyone, yea im fighting it too, i lose almost 10 lbs after going on the low glycemic diet that my dr wanted me to go on, so i had a bounceback from that but have been able to stablize from that and am back to losing again.
how to get the weight to drop off? gawd i wish i knew, i so want to be back down under 200 again, but still have to do things with the boys etc that may get me to eat out etc. like for lunch a few mins ago i did get a mcdouble,, 2 of the 2 oz patties, one slice of cheese with condiments and a side salad and baslamic vinagerette for the dressing with water to drink not too bad.
CONGRATS to everyone who is losing and to everyone who like me is struggling, we can do this,, even if not 10 lbs i would love 8 wink
