I just finished an extra 30 minute workout for the second day in a row. This week I increased from 15 minutes a day to 30. Yesterday and today I was able to get a second workout in.

I am messing with my head...If I record what I did, then it stays done. I have finished my dinner and all of the stuff is being put up. I am cleaning my teeth really well and that keeps me from snacking late into the evening.

On a spur of the moment, I walked "my" mountain! In actuallity the loop around a state park near us. Thought it would take forever...only 1 1/2 hours! Some days I can't walk very well so when I can, I may over do but it is the only day I am guaranteed!!!

Good job BD! I have always been on to eat things even thought they weren't the greatest, albeit nothing too gross. My hubby always wants to eat popcorn at the movies...butter on top of that!!! Usually I share with him, I still don't go nuts but the other day it tasted oily and stale and I told him this tastes awful and didn't eat another bite. Plus, I used to eat almost half of a large with him and try to figure out how much I had eaten...I eat way less than half and if I know if I eat close to too much, I hand the entire bag to him and don't eat another morsel. It is hard to shy away from popcorn when my spouse wants it every time. However, if anything, I have been whittling away slowly at his desire. He claims he doesn't order it every time because he knows I need to watch it but I am also making sure we don't go to the movies hungry. Sometimes if it is right after work, I insist on us getting a small sandwich on the way home. I don't want him to get used to eating popcorn for dinner ONLY on movie night.

I helped a friend by giving him advise on not giving up.. He was depressed and another one was ill. I listened without scolding and was happy to do so.. emoticon

Went to Friendly's with the family for a celebratory dinner (kids' choice, ugh). Was able to swap grilled chicken for crispy fried chicken in the crispy chicken salad, stuck with the fat free italian, and limited myself to one scoop of ice cream. All in all, a very successful outing in what could have been dietary disaster!

switched out all the winter/ snowman decor and replaced with spring/ Easter decorations which meant trips down to the basement and then replaced all boxes and bins neatly marked, on the basement shelves
