I jumped 450 jumps on the mini tramp, did some face exercises for wrinkles in face and neck, and ate right and stayed in my calorie range. I feel pretty good about that.

I completed the Illini Chill ride and it was good, awful etc. It was 20 miles in the nastiest, iciest, and windiest of conditions. However, had good food and met hopefully future riding partners.

took the day just for me and got in an 80 minutes workout 50 circuit training and 30 cardio

I worked out even though I really didn't want to. I didn't work out yesterday or the day before so breaking the no workout habit that was starting made me feel proud.

I started a very nice, vigorous work-out program today outside of work (I'm very active at work). This is the first time I've worked out in a long time!

Tough to fit in workouts with all the hospital time and driving but I just completed 80 minutes 40 cardio 40 weights-not my best workout ever but done none the less

Gave someone a hug who really needed it.
Stuck to my eating plan. Prepared and stored meals for the rest of the week.
Took my medications as prescribed.
Refrained from weighing myself.
Looked in the mirrow and didn't shudder or shake my head.
