I pushed myself to exercise 55 minutes today. I didn't lose any weight last week so I chose to step it up instead of letting that defeat me!

I jumped 450 jumps on the mini tramp, did some face exercises for wrinkles in face and neck, and ate right and stayed in my calorie range. I feel pretty good about that.

I completed the Illini Chill ride and it was good, awful etc. It was 20 miles in the nastiest, iciest, and windiest of conditions. However, had good food and met hopefully future riding partners.

Not freaking out! Hitting it again, this is a new week! I initially lost weight prior to working with SP again, and I have stalled! Just keep going. Trying not to let it bother me. I know this can work I just have to trust the process and my body.

Walked three miles with my spark buddy. Went to Church. Went to Costco and bought everything I need for the month. Will be going for another three mile walk with my son and one of my dogs this afternoon.

I exercised today, and I'm going to make our dog some homemade dog treats with my daughter, and help her with her valentines. She enjoys spending time with me and when I exercise she wants to exercise too.

I was a little depressed today and thought it will be an excuse not to exercise. But I finally managed to hit the gym and it was an awesome 70 min workout. Also did an extra 40 min at home. !! Feeling so much better.

Gave someone a hug who really needed it. Stuck to my eating plan. Prepared and stored meals for the rest of the week. Took my medications as prescribed. Refrained from weighing myself. Looked in the mirrow and didn't shudder or shake my head. Wrote in my journal.
