one of my standard breakfasts- 5 oz. lite orange juice, .275 cup Mom's Essentials frosted mini squares, .5 cup Total whole grain cereal, .25 cup Post grape nuts, .26 cup Cascadian Farms oats and granola, 5 oz. Kroger fat free plus milk. Very nutritious, filling, about 365 calories. .5 multi-vitamin also.
