4 oz. low cal orange beverage, 0.5 Centrum Silver multi-vitatmin, 5 oz. Blue Diamond original almond milk, .25 cup Cascadian Farms oats and honey cereal, .25 cup Whole Grain Total cereal, .25 cup Fiber One original and .25 cup Fiber One cinnamon squares, .25 cup Post grape nuts. My usual breakfast, 361 calories, very nutritious and tasty!
