Today I was sick so I only drank 32oz of water. I usually make a gallon of water with a twist of lemon in it and finish that everyday. I'm prone to kidney stones, especially in the summer so I need to stay hydrated and the lemon helps with the kidneys. I gave up diet soda months ago. I also drink 4 cups of iced green tea a day with lemon.
