I hope Sparkpeople has done amazing things to you just like it did to me. Now that I have reached my ideal weight, I would like to know how can I know my ideal calorie intake without exercise just to MAINTAIN the weight. Right now I weigh 158 pounds, with 8.2% body fat. Also take in consideration that I am a D1 College Soccer player, so my intake of carbs is around 65% of my calories.
Ps: I figured what I'd just do is I set my ideal weight and my current weight as the same(158) e put the goal date around 3 months later.
