Go into "My trackers," then "My nutrition," the "edit nutritional goals. Scroll down the page and you'll find the list of options if you're using Spark Meal Plans. The first option (I think) is vegetarian. There's no vegan option because computers aren't sophisticated enough to develop a vegan plan that provides all your nutritional needs.
