If you haven't tried iced green tea, you should. Just make it yourself. I haven't found a single pre-made iced green tea that isn't flavored and sweetened. It's hard enough to find unsweetened iced black tea, but green is impossible.
Regarding the use of green tea extract for weight loss benefits; I say "save your money." There have been a few studies, but the outcomes are mixed. While there may be a slight increase in metabolism and the burning of calories the effect is very small and also short lived.
More research is needed---but right now the use of this supplement would not be an effective way to lose weight.

Does anyone here take green tea extract? Would you recommend it, or not?
I'm considering taking it as I used to drink lots of green tea but in that past couple years I've lost my taste for most hot drinks. I used to have a lot more energy when I drank it regularly and just felt overall better and healthier.
I am trying to drink a cup of it a day or so but I don't think it's likely that I'll drink it much more than that.
