The Spark ranges should still work (or be very near).
You are probably going to be at the upper end of your protein range with about 35% of your calories coming from protein.
Your carb intake will probably be at the lower end of the range (or slightly lower) about 40-45% of your calories coming from carbs.
The reminder of your calories ---about 25% will be coming from fat.
