The problem with the question you asked-- What is the healthy way to eat whatever I want and still lose weight beside portion control-- is that there is no healthy way to eat whatever you want and still lose weight, besides portion control.
While it is true that there are some people who seem to be able to eat whatever they want, in whatever quantities they want (even junk food), I daresay the majority of us do not fit that category. And some of *those* people will only be able to get away with eating like that, for a period of time. As they age, their metabolism will change or their activity level will change, and eating that way will start to pack on the pounds. Which isn't even mentioning the fact that a ton of junk and sweets, even if it doesn't make you gain weight, isn't healthy anyway. It increases your risk for all sorts of diseases.
If you truly feel you're addicted, you may wish to talk to your doctor about a referral to a therapist who specializes in eating disorders. Otherwise... idk. I think dreaming of eating whatever you want in whatever quantities you want, and still being able to lose weight, is something you need to cut loose of. It's like dreaming about winning the lottery. Most probably is never going to happen and meanwhile you're not focusing on reality and finding ways to change your lifestyle that you can live with-- and that will help you reach your goals.
