i usually have a cheat day on sunday. i try to do more exercises that day so i can have a few extra calories so i don't gain weight. it has worked pretty good for the last 2 years. also log in my food and exercise every day to stay on track. if i overdue on cheat day, ha! ha! i eat a little less and do more exercise on the next day. it works pretty well for me.

Would be glad to correspond, but have a similar issue: doing well for a long time and then breaking down completely for a period. To be honest, my approach is to pick a weight at which I am not UNcomfortable, and at which my clothes fit -- and then eat to stay within a few pounds of that weight. If I go up a few pounds, I cut my intake for a few weeks... but I've found that trying to stick with an absolute calorie count "forever" just doesn't work for me.

I need someone I can be accountable to and with.. I was doing good lost ten pounds up until yesterday.. I ate pizza, hot dogs, chips... What am I to do??? Someone please help give me, give me some good tips for eating and exercise and how to stay motivated.
