I couldn't imagine anyone doing that level of math in their head.
I was just happy you pointed me in the right direction as far as interpreting the label...then I could go ahead and figure out the macronutrient amounts.

Thanks
Becky

80% of 32 = 25.6 gm protein = 102.4 calories
9.2% of 32 = 2.9 grams carbohydrate = 11.8 calories
.8% of 32 = .26 grams of fat = 2.3 calories

Total calories = 116.5

Multiply percentage by the grams. For example if 80% of a 32 gram serving is protein, 0.8 x 32 = 24g

Hi! I am living in South America at the moment and the other day I bought a protein powder with whey, egg and soy, but when I went to enter in the nutritional info I realized the info didn't have the gram info only percent. Not sure how to figure out what all that means.
For example, I serving is 32g. 116Kcal/serving. So far so good. Now it get's complicated: Protein 80%, Moisture (humedad) 5%, Total carbs 9.2 %, Fat .80% and Minerals 5%.
Does anyone know how to figure this info out?
Thanks.
