I couldn't imagine anyone doing that level of math in their head. I was just happy you pointed me in the right direction as far as interpreting the label...then I could go ahead and figure out the macronutrient amounts.

Hi! I am living in South America at the moment and the other day I bought a protein powder with whey, egg and soy, but when I went to enter in the nutritional info I realized the info didn't have the gram info only percent. Not sure how to figure out what all that means. For example, I serving is 32g. 116Kcal/serving. So far so good. Now it get's complicated: Protein 80%, Moisture (humedad) 5%, Total carbs 9.2 %, Fat .80% and Minerals 5%. Does anyone know how to figure this info out? Thanks.
