My husband bought a Vitamix a few weeks ago and I have been experimenting with different whole food smoothies.
In the morning I've been making a very thick fruit smoothie to have with my eggs. It's like ice cream :)
3/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1.5 cups baby spinach
I made a green smoothie for a snack today
1/2 medium apple
1 cup baby spinach
1 large celery stalk
1/2 cup cucumber
1/8 cup lemon
It was really good too.
