I'm hoping someone can answer my question. I'm on the verge of buying weight watchers because I just am not doing a good job planning healthy meals and I'm wondering if WW will help me know what to eat, make meals, without a bunch of planning on my part.
Has ANYONE used the spark meals that the nutrition log creates? Did it require a lot of hands on time? Was it filling and tasty? Did you LOSE weight?
Thanks for any help you can give! I'd love to save some money... but I've broken BOTH of my ankles and want to still lose weight so though I'm an avid runner, dancer, taebo fiend... I have to focus on my nutrition now so I'm looking for advice! Thank you SparkLovieS!!
