I love honey on toast, and I use honey to sweeten plain Greek yogurt instead of buying the already-sweetened yogurt. I also love peanut butter and honey sandwiches! We go through a lot of honey at our house. I am fortunate to be able to buy the organic, local honey. We have many vendors that sell this around where I live.

On yes,... because the honey is not pasteurized do not give this to children under the age of 1 or to anyone with immunosuppressed health. For example, someone undergoing active cancer treatment, etc.

My daughter would love that! I read a book last night where the child was served fresh honeycomb topped with cream. Not sure that helps.

I'm not a big honey fan, it tastes too sweet, BUT i make an exception for steamed honey, water and lemonade with a bag of mint and a bag of chamomile tea. it is super sour and feels so good when I feel congested.

1st Goal: 18lbs by June 1 - Met goal on 4/28

2nd Goal: Onederland by July 31

Was recently blessed to receive some raw organic honey (with the comb). Do you like honey, too? How do you use it?

I like about 2 teaspoons spread on whole wheat bread and in my hot tea in the evenings.
