I have a lot of favourites, but I always go back to strawberry and banana to be simple. But I was really into a pineapple and blood orange one I made a few months ago.

Smoothie 1/4 cup oatmeal 1/4 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup pineapple 1/2 cup banana 3/4 cup nonfat milk 2 tbsp. Shredded coconut I single serving blender. Put the blender oatmeal & coconut run the blender for about 3 seconds. Then add rest of the ingredients. Blend for 20 seconds. Pour into pint canning jar. Let set over night you got breakfast in the morning. I make 6 ahead.

1 apple, 1/2 banana, 1/2 avocado (or spoonful of tofu) for protein, handful of frozen strawberries, blackberries & mango, a few leaves of kale, 2 handfuls of spinach, thumb size piece of skinned cucumber, chia seeds & flax seeds.
I also sometimes put pear, orange, kiwi, beets, raspberries. Depends what I have on hand.

I make my favorite smoothie to drink an hour before exercise. Frozen banana, cacao powder, protein powder, almond milk and a 1/2 cup of coffee. Yum! It gives me an energy boost which helps me play (tennis) or workout and tastes like an iced coffee.

1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup plain ff yogurt, 1/2 cup skim milk, 3 ice cubes crushed, a couple of drops of liquid Stevia... the consistency is like a milk shake but only 177 calories and very filling

My favourite is rice/coconut milk, frozen mixed berries, pea protein powder, Omega 3-6-9 oil, cacao nibs and maca powder.
Sadly, because I get up long before my flatmate, and he sleeps right next to the kitchen, I no longer make a smoothie for breakfast because of the noise of my blender. I considered making them the night before but my nutritional therapist told me that most of the goodness will be gone by the next morning even if it's kept in the fridge in an airtight container. I do, however, make a smoothie for lunch a couple of times a week if I'm not at work.
