So nearly every workday I eat the same grouping of food.
Breakfast: Cheese on bran wafers; coffee, hard boiled egg whites
Snack: 1/4 cup nuts
Lunch: homemade soup loaded with veggies made from chicken broth and usually with ground veal.
Snack2: cup of yogurt
I found myself ravenous at lunch and ravenous in late afternoon even after consuming yogurt. Hard to resist a bag of junk from vending.
I was out of nuts one day and age the yogurt for snack. I wasn't ravenous at lunch and more surprisingly sailed thru without snack2.
I tried this order a couple more days and there's something about eating the yogurt before lunch that makes the afternoon more filling.
I haven't seen much to validate what I experienced, so if you experienced the same thing, please share.
