I'm also doing high-fat, lower-carb, and I do struggle to find things to bring to work, but here are some thoughts:
-Lettuce wraps with turkey and cheese slices
-Mason jar salads
-Cold baked chicken breast with raw veggie crudite (if you can deal with cold chicken!)
-Low-carb wrap with avocado and fajita meat strips
-Egg or tuna (or salmon if you're concerned about mercury) salad on cucumber slices
-As another poster said, a bento box-style lunch... some nuts, olives, raw veggies, hard-boiled eggs, deli meat slices wrapped around pickles...
