Mexican shrimp cocktail! Dice up tomato, onion, jalapeno, cucumber, cilantro and avocado plus the shrimp and cover the whole thing in Clamato juice. Let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour. So yummy.

I would use brown rice and chop up some veggies to add to it and add the shrimp as well. A quick nutritious meal. Leftovers could be reheated the next day.

Add to shredded lettuce, tomato, etc in a wrap!
Great in a salad!
Stir fry
Substitute for tuna for a "shrimp salad sandwich" or in a cassarole
Use sauteed shrimp and veggies as a topping for cooked rice.

Stir fries! Whatever vegetables you have on hand, plus a little soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil, then add the shrimp at the end.

If they are flavorful (when they thaw, taste one to see if it is 'shrimpy' tasting), I grind them up with a food processor and eat them on toast! You can use butter, olive oil (I mix the two together) and seasoning to vary the flavor. Try your seasoning on a small amount to get an idea. Seasoning might be garlic, chives, dill, smoked paprika, curry - whatever you like.

I got a great deal on frozen small salad shrimp on sale at the store. I do not like salads but I could not pass up this deal so I bought a lot of it. What are some of your favorite recipes using it? Healthy of course! And preferably easy and cheap recipes that do not have a lot of ingredients.
