Now, you did not gain 8 pounds due to food (calorie consumption), most likely. It's probably water weight from the sodium in the foods you ate, ok :)
And yes, you will be a mess until you do have a healthy relationship with food and your body image.
I'm not going to ask your height/weight combination, cause I don't think that is what is important. What is important is that you resume therapy, ok?
