I would rather eat breakfast at home and I usually have oatmeal pancakes (spark recipe I think). They are super easy to cook and they are hot and fresh.

I usually bring a Greek yogurt and a hard boiled egg or piece of fruit to eat throughout the morning. I keep a few packets of oatmeal in my desk as a backup.

If I have a few extra minutes in the morning I'll make an egg sandwich to eat while I finish getting ready.

Regular sandwiches (turkey or pb&j!) and leftovers are always good too. :)

Pre-made protein pancakes are choked full of protein and easily protable.
(recipe can be fonund in my recipes!)

Dry cottage cheese and greek yogurt is another fave!!!

Egg quiches are also a quick alternative, if you have access to a microwave!

I make baked oatmeal, portion it out into tubs and then throw it into the microwave for a minute when I get to work - I can vary the flavors so that I don't get bored. I also take a side of fruit. If it's a short week for some reason, I will often take a bit of high protein cereal (usually Kashi Go Lean), a container of Greek yogurt and fruit. I also keep a stash of protein bars, just in case something interrupts my routine in a pinch.

I recently started eating quinoa for breakfast. It's easy to fix and reheats well. If you don't have access to a microwave, it's good cool as well. www.momskitchenhandbook.com/recipes-2/hot-

You can also make your own protein bars. But honestly, half the time I just take a slice of toast and nut butter and call that good.

I like making overnight oats with greek yogurt to take in to the office with me. I have five containers that I mix up Sunday night so I don't even have to think about it during the week. In a tupperware I mix 1/3 cup of *old fashioned* (not steel cut or quick oats), 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt, and some frozen fruit. Stick it in the fridge overnight and you have yummy, filling breakfast in the morning. For me, it's a grab and go system since I make all 5 on Sunday. It's open to pretty much any flavoring so frozen fruit, nut butters, etc are all options.

I am recently moved from working at home to working in the office. When I was at home I could fix a healthly breakfast. But now having to be on the go, I have no idea what to eat for breakfast. What are some breakfast ideas that I can take with me into the office.
