I make baked oatmeal, portion it out into tubs and then throw it into the microwave for a minute when I get to work - I can vary the flavors so that I don't get bored. I also take a side of fruit. If it's a short week for some reason, I will often take a bit of high protein cereal (usually Kashi Go Lean), a container of Greek yogurt and fruit. I also keep a stash of protein bars, just in case something interrupts my routine in a pinch.

I like making overnight oats with greek yogurt to take in to the office with me. I have five containers that I mix up Sunday night so I don't even have to think about it during the week. In a tupperware I mix 1/3 cup of *old fashioned* (not steel cut or quick oats), 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt, and some frozen fruit. Stick it in the fridge overnight and you have yummy, filling breakfast in the morning. For me, it's a grab and go system since I make all 5 on Sunday. It's open to pretty much any flavoring so frozen fruit, nut butters, etc are all options.
I am recently moved from working at home to working in the office. When I was at home I could fix a healthly breakfast. But now having to be on the go, I have no idea what to eat for breakfast. What are some breakfast ideas that I can take with me into the office.
