Hello! I am seeking tips and advice from others who may have been through my situation before. I need to cut out (for the most part) dairy and wheat products in order to get my digestive issues under control. This is going to be very difficult for me, as all of my favorite foods contain one or both! (Baked macaroni and cheese, pizza, ice cream, etc.) To further complicate things, I do not have a kitchen to cook in right now.
Can anyone with lactose and/or gluten intolerances provide any advice on where to find ready-made or easy to prepare foods, how to order when eating out (which we do frequently), or any other tips and tricks on avoiding the foods that I love?
