Is your nutrition tracker and fitness minutes tracker linked? That could be why your range is so high.
You don't provide any info, such as..."my SP range is 1500-2100 per day and I'm simply not losing weight".
So....I'm assuming this is just a declaration.
And that's ok, too.
I, personally, cannot lose weight eating consistently at, say, 1500 per day. I do best eating at 1200 most days, with a bump day at about 1700 (today!!!).
All that matters is that you are doing it (losing weight) in a healthy fashion, as opposed to eating too few calories for your weight/height/workout intensity.
The best exercise in the world is to bend down and help someone up.
