Ok - when you started....did you enter your current weight, with a goal weight and time frame? Example current weight 190, goal weight 145, date 10/1/14. If so, your range is for weight loss.

If it is set up for weight loss - stay in that range. And it's ok to go up and down within the range, please do not think you need to stay every single day at the very lowest. Some days you are simply going to be more hungry. It's ok, you will still lose.

Lol, I'm not in maintenance yet, so I don't know how that looks ;)

The best exercise in the world is to bend down and help someone up.

Regarding the calorie range.. is this range to help you maintain your current weight, or will you lose weight by staying within this range?
