If your levels keep dropping then you do need to talk with your endro to figure out an action plan that will prevent this from happening or take it in into consideration and help you work with what is happening.
I know I go low at work daily because of how physical it is (its why I always have a bottle of regular pop on hand to keep me within normal range (mmol 7 to 10) other wise I'm hitting as low as mmol 3 during work and am not very functional when I need to be around the tykes.
You might talk with your endro about adjusting your insulin levels or talking to your diabetic dieition and finding better options for keeping your glucose levels elevated during workout periods or after a workout if that is what is sending you low.
