I just purchased a fitbit and I notice that what fitbit is saying I should be eating is almost 500 calories less than what spark people is saying. I only have 12 more pounds to go and I am having trouble losing it for a few months now. I'm sure that eating less might do it but I'm not sure that 1200-1500 cals is enough for someone like me who works out 2 hours a day. I usually do an hour of Zumba and then another hour walking my kids to and from school. Anyone have experience with this?
