At your body size, a lot. And not in a good way. Dropping to too low of a BMI can have negative affects your metabolism and overall health. Have you read the responses to your many other threads?
You are already at a healthy body weight. Losing more is not going to solve your self-image issues. I strongly encourage you to seek professional help for your problems, as I'm not sure we're equipped here to help you in the way you need, especially since you aren't reading the responses we give.
