I just had a peek at your SparkPage - if the photos of you are current, it doesn't really look like you need to be losing weight, and as you seem to have difficulty with tracking or even writing down what you have eaten, you may find that down-sizing your dinner place and not coming back for seconds is a great place to start. Remember the plate should be 1/4 lean protein, 1/4 carbs such as Potato, Brown Rice, Quinoa, Whole Grain Pasta etc., and the rest a myriad of colour of veges.
Try to minimize any processed foods, and eat lean protein with each meal. Ensure that you get at least 5 servings of fruit/veges in your day, and stay well hydrated - water is calorie free.

Remember, if you drink alcohol, limit that - it is high in calories but does nothing nutritionally.
