If you know what your fat range should be, you can manually change it. Click on Change Nutrition Settings at the bottom right of your Nutrition Tracker, then click Edit next to the fat goal. Just keep in mind that any time you change something about your goals (weight loss, exercise, etc.), it will default back to SparkPeople's recommendation and you'll have to manually change it again.
