No kick from me Sandra.

Someone pointed out that when you TRACK your "binges" you own it. I agree.

Then you can compensate: eat less the next day, do a bit more excercise.

You want this healthy choice food plan to last a lifetime...so when you overindulge even for a few days in a row - like I did earlier this week - look at what is causing it. Boredom? self punishment? pre-period/hormonal (that's what it was for me) , anger etc. and investigate the root cause. You might be better prepared for the trigger when it comes around again.

My solution to my last chocolate salted caramel binge was to not buy those things for a while until I get my discipline back on track. Eating edamame tonight and feeling better.

Sometimes our Spirits just "need" a little down time.... emoticon

But you might want to weigh in with yourself about how you feel about Tracking:
Negatively: chore/punishment/tool that "Has" to be used...
Positively: knowledge, self-control tool, empowering....

Often times our perspective of something is our means for Motivation!

well I need a kick in the butt!
I was not tracking for two days because I knew I wouldn't like what I saw and because I didn't feel like it.
Today I woke up and was like what the heck am I doing, I need to track or not only am I not going to lose no more weight but I am going to gain.
Today I was back onto tracking but I still went over my recommended range. I ate unnecessary food. I am so unmotivated lately.
Tomorrow is a new day, so I AM GOING TO BE BACK ON TRACK!!!!!
